Account Deletion (Apple App Store)
In line with App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v), you can request deletion of your Vhiri account and data from here, in addition to the in-app option.
What data Vhiri stores about you
When you create a Vhiri account we store your profile details (name, email, phone number), the profiles and roles you hold on the platform (Renter, Host, Service Provider), any vehicles, bookings, documents or photos you've added, and your referral network. This mirrors what's described in our Privacy Policy.
Requesting deletion
You can request deletion of just your data (closing out your listings, bookings and uploads while keeping your login), or deletion of your entire account together with all associated data. Both requests require signing in first, so we can confirm the request is really coming from you.

Sign in to request account deletionYou can also delete your account directly from within the Vhiri app: open Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. We process deletion requests within 30 days; some information may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. financial records for tax or fraud purposes).
